The length of abstract must be less than 200 words in English.
Your abstract must include title, authors, affiliation, email, and acknowledgement.
At least 1 author must make an advanced registration.
Registered author does not have to be first/corresponding author.
General Information
ICAES 2026 will be held in a hybrid format (In-person & Online via Zoom).
Participation: All presenters and attendees can join sessions via Zoom.
Q&A Session: Live Q&A will be available for all sessions. Presenters must be present online during their scheduled time for the live Q&A.
When submitting your abstract, please select your preferred presentation type:
Oral Presentation
Poster (Student) Presentation
Note: The Secretariat will strive to assign your preferred type unless there are specific scheduling constraints.
Student Presentations: Conducted as part of the poster session. However, students may also apply for a General Oral Presentation.
Q&A: Specific Q&A time will be allocated for each session.
Presenters are required to record their presentation (PPT) with voice (face optional).
Tools: PPT Slide Show, OBS Studio, Zoom, etc.
Equipment: Use a built-in microphone or headset. If using a mobile phone, ensure horizontal (landscape) recording.
Audio: Please avoid using paid codecs (e.g., Dolby) to ensure compatibility.
Ratio: 16:9 (Wide)
Format: .mp4
Resolution: 720p (HD)
Please email your PPT file and recorded video to the Secretariat.
Copyright: Authors retain full copyright. Materials will be accessible only during the conference period.
Options for Distribution:
Extended Access: Presenters may grant permission to keep materials available after the conference.
External Links: Presenters may provide a link (e.g., YouTube) to host the material on their own platforms.
Full Paper Submission(Optional)
You can present your research at ICAES 2026 by submitting an abstract only.
If you want to submit full paper, then you can submit. But it is optional, not mandatory.
Selected full papers will be published in "Journal of Appropriate Technology" after peer review.
